Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our property partners:
Standard Cancellation (Hostels & Resorts)
14 Days Prior: 100% refund of the booking amount.
7 to 14 Days Prior: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 7 Days: No refund will be provided.
Villa & Group Bookings (Shilp, Harry’s, Aruba)
21 Days Prior: 100% refund.
14 to 21 Days Prior: 50% refund.
Less than 14 Days: No refund, as these are exclusive private properties.
Important Notes:
No Shows: If you do not arrive at the property (No Show), the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a 10% administrative fee.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities or government-imposed travel restrictions, we offer a “Credit Note” valid for 6 months instead of a cash refund.
